Returns: Money Back Guarantee

We have a money back guarantee.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require the product and your full contact details. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days, minus the cost of shipping.

How to return your product:
To return your product a return address will be provided at the time. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item so it is your responsibility to ensure the shipping service you use delivers your returned item to us.
